If you have already completed your order and it has not yet been dispatched by us, you may contact our offices at the following phone numbers: 210 4523335, 210 4523740, 210 2842500, 210 2831851, or contact us via email at: [email protected].
If your order has already been invoiced and dispatched to the destination of your choice, no cancellation is possible.

1) Returns are accepted only after all fields of the return form have been completed and the form has been sent via email to: [email protected]. Upon approval, the completed return form will be sent back to you so that you may attach it to the product being returned and send it to our company’s address.

2) The cost of transportation for returned products is borne by the sender, unless it is proven that the return is due to an order execution error. In such a case, we will inform you of the name of the cooperating courier/shipping company.

3) All products are accompanied by a warranty of proper operation, which is stated both on the packaging and in the respective technical catalogue. The warranty is valid from the date of purchase of the product, as evidenced by the purchase invoice. If, upon our approval, you wish to return used products that are still under warranty, you must declare the purchase date in the relevant field. If the purchase date falls within the warranty period, the product will be inspected and either repaired or replaced with a new one. In the event that the returned product is unavailable, an alternative product will be offered or a credit invoice will be issued.

4) The product warranty does not, under any circumstances, cover damage caused by the user, such as improper use, incorrect installation, impact, dropping, exposure to extreme temperatures or humidity, incorrect wiring, different power voltage, or extreme voltage fluctuations. Furthermore, the warranty becomes void in the event of an attempt to repair the product in a workshop or by a technician not authorized by our company.

5) Products returned for repair that do not present any manufacturing defect will be repaired and returned to the customer free of charge. However, if the company determines that the damage was caused by improper use, application, operation, or maintenance of the materials, the customer will be charged for the cost of spare parts, labor, and transportation.

6) Returns of broken products will not be accepted. All our shipments are thoroughly inspected, and any damage is the responsibility of the shipping companies, from whom you must seek compensation.

7) Products will not be accepted if their packaging does not meet the necessary requirements for safe transportation and if they are not accompanied by a return slip.

8) Returns of products delivered in previous years and not covered by warranty will not be accepted.

9) Products and quantities that have been imported or purchased following a special order for a specific customer are non-returnable.

How to Choose the Right LED Strip Light Color Temperature?

LED strips are available in various light color temperatures, depending on the mood and atmosphere you want to create in your space. The most common options are:

1) Very Warm White – 2700K

2) Warm White – 3000K

3) Natural White – 4000K

4) Cool White – 6000K

Very Warm White (2700K):
Provides the warmest and softest light tone. It creates a sense of comfort and relaxation, making it ideal for bedrooms, living rooms, or hospitality areas where a more atmospheric, cozy feeling is desired.

Warm White (3000K):
Also offers warm light, but slightly brighter and clearer compared to 2700K. It is ideal for relaxation areas such as living rooms, dining rooms, and restaurants, where you want to combine warmth with a cleaner lighting appearance.

Natural White (4000K):
Represents daylight. Balanced and neutral, it is suitable for activities that require good visibility and accurate color rendering, such as reading, working, or product display. It is recommended for offices, schools, retail stores, and exhibition spaces.

Cool White (6000K):
Provides bright, clear, and intense light, ideal for spaces that require high brightness. It is suitable for kitchens, storage areas, workshops, and professional environments where maximum visibility and concentration are required.

How Is the Brightness (Dimmer) Adjusted on an LED Strip?

Adjusting the light intensity of an LED strip (dimming) is achieved by using a dedicated dimmer or controller, depending on the type of LED strip.

For example:

1) 12V or 24V LED strips are adjusted using a low-voltage dimmer, which is installed between the power supply and the LED strip.

2) 230V LED strips require a compatible wall dimmer or controller that supports dimming.

There are also manual dimmers, remote-controlled dimmers, and smart dimmers (WiFi/Bluetooth) that allow adjustment via a mobile app or voice commands.

For optimal performance and safety, it is important that the dimmer is compatible with both the LED strip and the power supply.

What Is the Color Rendering Index (CRI) and What Does It Mean for Lighting Quality?

The Color Rendering Index (CRI) indicates how accurately a light source reproduces the true colors of the objects it illuminates, compared to natural light.
The scale ranges from 0 to 100, where 100 represents perfect color naturalness.

1) A CRI of 90+ is considered excellent, offering vivid and realistic colors.

2) A CRI of 80+ is considered acceptable and suitable for general lighting.

3) A CRI below 80 is associated with low-quality light that distorts color tones.

LED strips and lamps with CRI 90+ not only provide more natural lighting, but also reduce the emission of harmful blue light.

At our company, we offer LED products with CRI 80+ and CRI 90+ and above, because we want the lighting in your space to be as comfortable and high-quality as possible.

What Are STEP 3 and STEP 5 (SDCM)?

SDCM (Standard Deviation Colour Matching) is a measurement unit that indicates how closely the color of an LED matches the intended target color.
In other words, the lower the SDCM value, the more uniform and accurate the light emitted by the LED strip is.

The lower the SDCM, the fewer color differences you will notice between the LEDs on the same strip, ensuring homogeneous and consistent color across the entire surface.

SDCM shows how uniform the color emitted by an LED is compared to the desired color.

1) SDCM 1: The color deviation is not perceptible to the human eye.

2) As the SDCM value increases, the color difference between LEDs on the same strip becomes more noticeable.

Applications by SDCM Value:

1) SDCM 1–3: Used in spaces with very high color uniformity requirements, such as museums, art galleries, and high-aesthetic environments.

2) SDCM 3–5: Suitable for general indoor lighting in homes, offices, and hospitals.

3) SDCM 5–7: Used for outdoor areas and applications with lower requirements, such as roads or parking areas.
