Shipping Methods

Orders may be shipped either by our company’s privately owned vehicle or through a cooperating transport agency, within and outside the Attica region. The customer has the option to select the transport agency that will handle the shipment. If no preference is stated, the transport agency will be selected by our company. Shipping costs are borne by the recipient, unless otherwise agreed between the company and the customer. DELIVERY BY COURIER (UPON AGREEMENT) Upon prior arrangement, the shipment may be carried out via a courier company. Courier shipping costs are borne by the recipient, unless otherwise agreed. PICK-UP FROM OUR PREMISES Customers may collect their order from our company’s premises at Kyrenias 1, Metamorfosi, Postal Code 144 51, provided that the order has been placed at least one (1) working day in advance. SHIPPING TIME The estimated shipping time is 1–3 working days from the date the order is placed. This timeframe may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and transportation conditions.
